Been thinking about growing up and what being a grown-up means lately, and I've come to the conclusion that a lot of the sentiments expressed in this xkcd relate to me. Which is probably why it makes me laugh out loud every time I read it.

I'm going to go back to reading Harry Potter now, instead of talking about my feelings.

I hate summer. I really really am hating it. When it first got hot, I was all nostalgic about the summers of my childhood. Then it got hotter and I remembered I never liked summer and couldn't wait for school to start again in September. And as an adult, the few good things about summer are gone. Yeah, I thought so. Man, I'm pathetic.

Two little adorible girls with the softest brown hair. I get to pick them up tomorrow, and I am so very excited. I just have to pick names now. Any suggestions? (They're rats, by the way.)
